So have you noticed the shift in job loyalty or the surge of people now wanting to "do there own thing" ?
Well there is a reason for this phenomena and its connectivity...which the spawns all sorts of new possibilities in the developed world. This is happening so fast that law makers can’t catch up and big companies can’t adapt fast enough. There are people who know way more about this than me I suggest you check them out if your want to go further into the companies that fell from grace. You will find that they mirror the list am sharing below. But first lest define the two just for clarity:
Well by definition:
The Sharing Economy is a socio-economic ecosystem built around the sharing of human, physical and intellectual resources.
It includes the shared creation, production, distribution, trade and consumption of goods and services by different people and organizations. source
What is the connection economy ?
The connection economy rewards us as a whole by building relationships and fostering connections, rather than assets and “stuff,” like the industrial economy. The industrial economy values more, better, faster, whereas the connection economy builds on who you know, what you know and how that knowledge influences your connections. source
That’s why throughout the years you have noticed a surge of independent branding happening from YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat for example. The true currency is "Attention" and if you can keep a few hundred thousand followers people have a monetary value if you do it right. Its Beautiful thing, well at least I think so for the most part but I will get more into that on another post.
I wanted to share some companies that have been game changers and have had the most influence on people leaving their Jobs. By experiment I have tested every company on this list as a consumer and all except for taskrabbit, fivver but I have friends that killed it using their service.
Here is your List ! (Suggestion..don't take it for granted everything we do is "Just a Job" but service to others is what really matters.
5. Favor (App)
6. Handy (App)
9. Postmates (A good friend told me about this one)
If this post Helped in anyway please share or comment :)
