Just to clear things up, there is a bit of confusion between what we do, and the scope of a traditional realtor/property manager. The day to day of a vacation rental manager is much more vast when it comes to our guests. Yessss! You are OUR guests....and our priority is to ensure your stay is an enjoyable experience. What do our guest prefer in a vacation home, and does one of our properties instantly take them to that place. It's our responsibility from your initial inquire to check out, and there after to ensure your vacation needs are fulfilled. Just as hotels have front desk/concierge, we are on call 24/7 to address anything that may arise. Our staff is knowledgeable, experienced and equipped for any situation short of requiring medical attention.
